General information

The Gattopardo B&B is situated on the panoramic second floor of a large country house which has been completely renovated in a post-paladin style.
Situated close to the see (Km 1.5), the Archaeological park of Selinunte, lying between the gentle hills of “The valley of Rivers” Belice and Selinon adorned with a rich carpets of blooming olive trees and vineyards. The house is surrounded by the greenery of Villa Ann, a vast park filled with pines, palms, fruit trees and fragranced with jasmine. The park is equipped with a children’s play area, dog kennel, gym, barbecue and covered eating areas. An ideal setting picnic, Barbecue or quiet relaxation time in the shade.

The B&B boasts large double, triple, quadruple and quintuple luminous rooms all with a view and all ensuite. Furnished in an ethnic style all comforts and essentials are provided (colour TV, conditioned air, mini bar, hydro massage shower , laundry, hair dryer, linen and soaps from bath, etc.).
The bedroom all lead of a large corridor where the walls are decorated with plates, vases, paintings and sculptures created by the owners, ideal as souvenirs or gifts.

The corridor leads to a large conservatory style room which offers stunning views of the sea end temples, the room takes on a whole ness aspect in the beautiful red sunset.

In the space the relaxing TV area and Sicilian style kitchen come together in harmony. Served at the large, communal table is a rich, tasty breakfast based on local and homemade products (famous Sicilian black bread, fresh croissants, traditional Italian breakfast biscuit with sesame seeds or almonds, homemade cakes and jams, seasonal fruits, yogurts, tea, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juice and for the guest who doesn’t have a sweet tooth, fresh cheeses, meats and eggs).

The kitchen is available to guests whatever their needs (lunch, snacks or dinner). A must is a look in our “Window of Delicacies”, a real gastronomic treat, available to purchase, created by “La nonna” and local fishermen of Selinunte.(Products include caponata, jams, and tomato sauces, crushed green and black olives, artichokes in oil, bittersweet onions, and stuffed peppers, sardines, mackerel and other type of fish )

The Gattopardo B&B can also provide mountain bikes, internet access and discounts a beach restaurant (tourist menu €12), thermal spring, private lido (canoes and pedalos to rent and boat trips). We also have details of excursions with or without guide to places within the local vicinity (Sciacca Km25, Eraclea Minoa Km 45, Caltabellotta Km 50, Agrigento Km 80, Cave di Cusa Km 8, Mazara del vallo - Satyr museum Km 30, Mothia and the salt mines Km 40, Segesta Km 60, Trapani - Erice Km 80 and Palermo Km 90), fishing and diving trips along the coast, car, motor scooter and speed boat hire.
